Ingredients

• Gold Rum 1½ oz
• Anise Liqueur ½ oz
• Pineapple Juice 2 oz
• Lime Juice a dash
• Champagne 2 oz

Preparation

1. Pour ingredients into a highball glass over ice.
2. Top with champagne.
